ETTU JOB OPENINGS: DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

Position Overview: ETTU is seeking a Digital Media and OTT Content Manager to develop and implement the digital content strategy across multiple platforms. This role will focus on building a strong online presence, engaging with fans, and optimizing content across ETTU’s website, social media, and OTT platform.

The ideal candidate will be a creative, data-driven individual with experience in digital content creation, video production, social media strategy, and analytics. A passion for sports and strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves engaging with diverse audiences and attending events.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content and Social Media Management:

  • Create and edit visual content (graphics, photos, videos) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create, Design and implement platform-specific strategies, including (but not limited to) a YouTube growth strategy and TikTok engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to develop content calendars and Social Media strategies across platforms.
  • Produce event recap materials and highlight videos to capture key moments and achievements.
  • Maintain ETTU’s presence on external partner channels, monitoring and flagging any usage of ETTU property content.

OTT Platform Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and implement the OTT channel strategy.
  • Coordinate with technical partners to manage the setup, maintenance, and optimization of the OTT platform.

Event Digital Content and Media Coordination:

  • Manage digital content requirements for events, handle media requests and provide content as needed, including highlights and recaps.
  • Create engaging digital content tailored for sponsorship activations and ensure all sponsorship requests, both event-specific and digital, are implemented effectively.
  • Coordinate with media partners, commentators, and signal providers to facilitate live event coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, social media strategy, video production, or OTT content management, preferably in the sports industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for each (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
  • Experience with video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams, sponsors, and media partners.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics and experience with platforms like Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, or OTT-specific analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for website management.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines Events.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with OTT platforms and live streaming technologies. Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize digital content for search engines, combined with familiarity with SEM tools and strategies to effectively run and monitor paid search campaigns.
  • Knowledge of table tennis or experience in sports content is a plus.
