Saarbrucken will host the final selection camp the part of the ETTU / ITTF – Europe Eurotalents Project (Talent Identification & Selection). From 5th to 12th October young players will have opportunity to learn from the experts. Beside training camp they will have a chance to test their new skills and shape at the same place on individual tournament scheduled for 10th and 11th October.

In Camp will work Korpa ISTVAN (ETTU) – Coach & Evaluation Richard PRAUSE (ETTU) – Coach & Evaluation Neven CEGNAR (ETTU) – Coach & Evaluation (Organizer) Tamara BOROS (WSA) – Coach as well as two assistant coaches.

“After four months of our common efforts and great work we all are looking forward ultimate Selection camp in Germany. We will choose the best young players from 500 nominees from all over the Europe. On the list so far there are 59 players 27 cadet girls and 32 cadet boys and I hope a lot of them will join us in the camp in Saarbrucken. The players who will be chosen after this camp will stay under financial support of Eurotalents program in following years ” explained Neven CEGNAR prof. Eurotalents Development Manager.

Players will stay in “Hermann Neuberger-Sportschule” (HNS) located in the perfect ambience. The “Hermann-Neuberger-Sportschule” offers on 90 000 square meters modern sports facilities and functional meeting and conference rooms. The “Landessportverband für das Saarland” also located on the “HNS” is the association of sports clubs and associations in the federal state Saarland a member of the German Olympic Sports Confederation and with approximately 400 000 members the largest association of persons of the Saarland. Top athletes from around the world stay regularly on the HNS and we also host the Olympic Centre “Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland”.
