31/01/2012 – France clinched two gold medals two silver and two bronze medals at Pingycall European Youth Top-10 recently concluded in Romania’s city of Buzau. In Junior Boys category in the final rounds Enzo ANGLES lost the battle against Leonardo MUTTI of Italy and clinched silver whilst Alexandre ROBINOT finished third. In Cadet Boys category all three places at the medal podium were booked for French players: Can AKKUZU Roman RUIZ and Alexandre CASSIN. Audrey ZARIF clinched the title in Cadet Girls category.

“I am very satisfied with all the results. Our medal record is even better regarding the last year’s Top-10 in Austria. Speaking about junior boy’s team for which I am responsible I am really proud of boys and of their performance last weekend in Buzau. Certainly we would like more to return home with gold but young MUTTI demonstrate that we have to count on him in the future very seriously.”

French juniors in 25 contests against the non-French players won 19 and lost 6 (4 against Mutti). “Before the competition we wanted to make as well as last year but without Simon GAUZY and Tristan FLORE we thought the challenge was high.
