CTM Mirandela Celebrates Victory on Home Soil

In the Europe Cup Women CTM Mirandela KTTC AFP Antwerpen Museo de la Almendra Francisco Morales and Czestochowa Bebetto AZS UJD emerged as the top-performing teams in their respective groups.

In Mirandela in Group A Portugal’s CTM Mirandela represented by Ines MATOS Anamria ERDELYI and Matilda a PINTO overcame Romania’s CSM Constant and Italy’s AD Muravera TT to claim the top spot in the group.

Group B also played in Mirandela saw KTTC AFP Antwerpen prevailing against Spanish Vellsam – Hujase Jaen Paraíso Interior and Italian A.S.D. Tennistavolo Norbello. The Spanish club secured the second position with one win. LI Dong Angelique GERTENBACH and Elena CHMIGUELSKAIA represented Antwerpen.

In a playoff match between CSM Constanta and Vellsam – Hujase Jaen Paraíso Interior the Romanian club emerged victorious.

Groups C and D were contested in Austria’s Linz. Museo de la Almendra Francisco Morales from Spain secured the top position in Group C with wins over Tigem Spor Kulubü from Turkey and Uniao Sebastianense F.C. from Portugal. The Spanish team featured JIAQI Meng Mariia GALONJA and Patricia SANTOS.

In Group D Polish Czestochowa Bebetto AZS UJD recorded two straight wins over Belgium’s TT Vedrinamur and Austria’s LZ Linz Froschberg. The Czestochowa team included Anastasiya DYMYTRENKO Tetyana BILENKO and Alicija LEBEK.

In a playoff match between Tigem Spor Kulubü and LZ Linz Froschberg Austria’s representative emerged victorious.
