European Under 13 Championships Mixed Teams Draw Unveiled

The Croatian Table Tennis Association hosted the draw for the European Under 13 Championships Mixed Teams event earlier today. The draw which took place in the association’s headquarters set the stage for an exciting competition among the continent’s most promising young table tennis talents.

The seedings for the tournament were determined based on the World Youth Rankings as of May 16 2023. These rankings considered the individual ranking points of each player participating in the event. In the mixed teams format teams consisted of two boys and two girls with the two highest-ranked players from each gender making up the team. If more than two players were entered the two best-positioned boys and girls on the World Rankings were selected.

The 2023 European Under 13 Championships showcasing Europe’s rising stars is scheduled to take place from June 14th to 18th. With the draw now complete teams can start strategizing and preparing for the championship. The tournament will feature a plethora of talented young players all vying to make their mark on the European table tennis scene.

Stay tuned as Europe’s brightest young table tennis stars converge in June for the European Under 13 Championships ready to etch their names into the annals of the sport’s history.
