UMMC’s HOU saved the day

Dartom Bogoria Grodzisk failed to secure advantage before the second leg of the ETTU Cup final. At home soil they lost against UMMC Verkhnaya Pyshma  by narrow margin.

Polish side had a good chance to finish the match by 3:1 but in few points everything went against hosts club. Daniel GORAK beat Grigory VLASOV in express way, before Robert FLORAS suffered by the hands of HOU Yiagchao. UMMC leveled, but their joy have not last for long.

In full distance duel Paweł FERTIKOWSKI beat European vice champion TAN RuiWu to give hosts advantage once again. Dartom Bogoria Grodzisk was so close to the victory when Daniel GÓRAK had 2:0 and 10:9 in third game against HOU Yiagchao. In first two sets HOU managed to score only 6 points, but he recovered to level and eventually win his duel.

In decisive game Robert FLORAS overcame Grigory VLASOV.
