Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyespor will play against Tigem SC Ankara for title

Women’s ETTU Cup

After the all-French final in Men’s ETTU Cup we have the one nation final in Women’s Event. Turkey also secured their place in the history list in Women’s ETTU Cup one round before the end of the competition. Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyespor and Tigem SC Ankara both progressed to the ultimate round of the competition.

Unlike the opening leg when Turkish team was forced to go full distance Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyespor was more impressive on home soil against French CP Lyssois Lille Metropole. HU Melek won both matches and Alexandra PRIVALOVA joined her with another 3:0 victory. Only young Simay KULAKECEKEN lost her encounter but it did not halted their progress to the final.

In Russia TTC Kazan stretched Tigem SC Ankara to full distance but like one leg earlier they were not able to produce the victory. Zoia NOVIKOVA was the back bone of their success followed by Cristina HIRICI.
